I am very frightened.

I am a responsible adult who has always done well. Seven years ago, they found a large, but benign, tumor and removed it. Since then, I have been the victim of identity theft (but they caught they guy). Now, I'm struggling to eat most days. But, the thing I want you to pray for is different. I have watched both my sisters, who don't even believe in God, receive blessing after blessing (marriage, children, new houses or jobs) while I pray everyday and go to church, but still struggle. I'm just wondering why He seems to have blessed all but me. I have always joked that if I win the lottery, I will keep very little of it and put the rest in a charity to help those who don't qualify for government benefits (I am barren, very sick and perpetually single). I am now struggling to keep my head above water and wondering what God's purpose for me is. All He has to do is tell me what I did wrong and I will apologize, but I feel alone and unheard. Please pray, maybe He'll hear you. Thanks...

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
