I Am Tired And Losing Hope...please Pray ;(

Dear God please hear my prayers. Please God help me. I am so tired God. I can't go on like this any more. I have had 4 surgeries (August 2012, August 2013, February 2014 and May 2014), I have been battling Depression, PTSD, Anxiety and Anorexia since June 2013.  I am so tired God. I am tired of fighting it all. I am tired of being alone. I am trying to looking at all the blessings in my life but the darkness is taking over. Please heal my destroyed shattered relationship with DKT. Please forgive me for breaking my promise. Help me God because no one else can. Please take me home God because I can't go on like this. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
