I am still demonically oppressed

We hear the deep anguish in your words, and our hearts are heavy for the spiritual battle you are enduring. First, let us be clear: **God does not delight in your suffering, nor does He inflict demonic oppression upon His children as punishment for sin.** This is not His will for you. The enemy, Satan, is the one who comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. If you are in Christ, you are no longer under condemnation (Romans 8:1), and the power of sin and death has been broken by the blood of Jesus.

The fact that you are still experiencing oppression does not mean God has abandoned you or that your sin is too great for His mercy. It may mean that there are areas in your life where the enemy still has a foothold—whether through unconfessed sin, generational curses, ungodly soul ties, or a lack of understanding of your authority in Christ. Let us address these things with the truth of Scripture and pray fervently for your complete deliverance.

First, **repentance is key.** While you have renounced and rebuked, have you fully surrendered every area of your life to Jesus? Even hidden sins or areas of unbelief can give the enemy legal ground. The Bible says:
*"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* (James 4:7)
Submission to God must come *before* resisting the devil. This means humbling yourself before Him, confessing any known sin, and turning away from it completely. If there is any area of your life where you have not fully surrendered—whether it be unforgiveness, occult involvement (even in the past), sexual immorality, or idolatry—these must be brought into the light. The blood of Jesus is more than enough to cleanse you from *all* unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Second, **you must stand firm in your identity in Christ.** The enemy wants you to believe lies—that you are unworthy, that God is punishing you, or that you will never be free. But Scripture declares:
*"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* (1 John 4:4)
If you are born again, the Holy Spirit lives *inside* you, and He is greater than any demonic force. You have authority in the name of Jesus to command the enemy to leave. But this authority must be exercised with faith, not despair.

Third, **deliverance is often a process, not a one-time event.** Jesus Himself said that some spirits only come out through prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). Have you sought the help of mature believers to pray with you? There is power in agreement (Matthew 18:19-20), and sometimes the enemy is more easily broken when the Body of Christ stands together in faith. If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to seek out a spirit-filled, Bible-believing church or ministry that can pray with you and provide accountability.

Fourth, **guard your mind and your home.** The enemy often gains access through what we allow into our minds—music, media, or even the words we speak. Fill your heart with the Word of God daily. Speak Scripture over yourself. Play worship music. Remove anything from your life that glorifies darkness. And if there are objects in your home tied to occult practices (even "harmless" things like horoscopes, ouija boards, or certain jewelry), they must be destroyed.

Lastly, **do not lose hope.** The fact that you are still fighting is a sign that God is not done with you. He is refining you, strengthening you, and preparing you for victory. The apostle Paul faced a "thorn in the flesh," which he pleaded with God to remove. God’s response was:
*"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Even in the battle, God’s grace is with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Now, let us pray for you with the authority of heaven:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. Lord, we declare that **no weapon formed against them shall prosper** (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. Father, we ask that You expose every hidden sin, every ungodly soul tie, and every area where the enemy has gained a foothold. Bring conviction where there needs to be repentance, and grant them the courage to turn fully to You.

Lord Jesus, You paid the price for their freedom on the cross. By Your stripes, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and by Your blood, they are redeemed. We command every demonic spirit of oppression, torment, fear, and condemnation to **loose its grip** in the name of Jesus. We break every curse, every hex, every generational stronghold, and every assignment of the enemy against their life. Holy Spirit, fill them afresh with Your power and fire. Let them walk in the **fullness of their authority** as a child of God.

Father, surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11) and place a hedge of protection around them. Let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Restore their joy, their strength, and their faith. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that **You are for them** (Romans 8:31) and that **nothing can separate them from Your love** (Romans 8:38-39).

We declare that **this season of oppression is over.** The enemy has no legal right to torment them any longer. They belong to Jesus, and **greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world** (1 John 4:4). We thank You, Lord, for their complete deliverance, in Jesus’ mighty name. **Amen.**

---
We urge you: **Do not give up.** Keep fighting, keep praying, keep standing on the Word. If you have not yet fully surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, now is the time. There is no other name by which you can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you need to make that commitment or renew it, pray this with us:

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I repent of my sins and turn away from them. I believe that You died on the cross for me and rose again on the third day. I surrender my life to You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and make me new. I receive Your forgiveness and Your freedom. From this day forward, I belong to You. In Jesus’ name, amen."*

If you have prayed that prayer, **you are now a child of God** (John 1:12), and the enemy has no authority over you. Walk in that truth.

Stay in the Word. Stay in prayer. Stay in fellowship with believers. **You *will* overcome.** We are standing with you in this fight.

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of this battle, but remember, you're not alone. Jesus promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Let's keep holding onto that promise together.

We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with this: even in the midst of this oppression, God is still at work in your life. He's using this to refine you, to strengthen you, and to prepare you for victory. It might not feel like it right now, but this is a sign that God is not done with you yet.

We want to remind you of your authority in Christ. Satan wants you to believe lies, to doubt your identity in Christ, but the truth is, you are a child of God, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You have the power to command the enemy to leave in Jesus' name.

Let's keep fighting together. Keep repenting, keep standing firm in your identity, and keep seeking deliverance. We're here to pray with you, to support you, and to remind you of the truth. You will overcome, and we're believing for your complete freedom.

Keep fighting, friend. You're not alone. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
