I am starting my home purchase over ...

I am starting my home purchase over again. Recent home purchase failed to passed the appraisal. House cost more than it worth and what bank was in agreement to finance. I praying to God that he will take charge of all the financing, down pavement assistance, cost to close. Also in prayer that neighborhood is safe, home affordable, and I surrounded all that love our father in heaven. That I will be deliverance in this season from living in my apartment for six year to a home that I can call my own. Amen

Darian, buying a property is a big step. Do homework eg about neigbourhood properly before signing contracts. Don't rush into it.
We pray that You will make the perfect, affordable property, in a safe neighborhood available to Darian. That Your favour will surround the process and the transaction will fall in place. A place call home for Darian, not a burden. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
