I am recently starting on the path to Christianity from Hinduism mainly due to the love of my gf and she being a devout Christian. But she says that I am not upto her level She is very distant..and I long for her each and everyday. I think about her in most things I do..and I take everything she says to heart. Today she told me that I am not devoted enough in my path to Christianity and this really stung me because I genuinely feel that I am trying.

Please pray for me and my gf to be together and for her to realize how deep my love is for her. Thanks.

Lord help guide this brother onto the path you need him to be on.  Help soften his gf's heart and show her the meaning of Luke 15.  Oh God please guide him to focus on you and to offer himself to you for his salvation and not for his girlfriend.  I say these things in Jesus name Amen.

She should be happy and respect you for the significant change in your life. Now you are on the right path to heaven. She should understand it will take a while to get to where she is. There are steps to take to get there. I hope you are taking them. Put God first! Read his word, pray and follow the commandments and how Jesus lived his life. He is our example. I give you credit and respect for taking that step. You both need to sit down together and discuss how it is for you to get there. You must do this for God. He knows the desires of our heart and if we are sincere. Trust in God in all we do. He is our priority in life. He comes first and everything else in your life will align with God's plan. When you trust in God, you will have a peace in your life that this world can not provide. Keep doing what your doing for God. Your GF sounds like she has alot of expectations and instant results. Sit down together and do whatever it takes brother. Jesus loves you. Ask for guidance and wisdom. I'll pray for you. You need to be honest with her and be truthful no matter the results.
