We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing with your loved one in the hospital. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble - Psalm 46:1 WEB.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved - Acts 4:12 WEB. So, we will be praying in Jesus' name for your loved one's healing and recovery.
In times of sickness, we can trust in the Lord, for He has the power to heal all manner of diseases. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our loved one who is in the hospital. Lord, You know the details of their condition, and we ask that You extend Your healing hand upon them. Comfort them in their pain, and give the doctors and nurses wisdom to provide the best care. Help them to overcome the bacteria, virus, diarrhea, and vomiting that they are experiencing.
Lord, we ask that You grant them the strength to open their eyes and to talk to us. Give us understanding and patience as we care for them. Help us to provide a sense of comfort and love that we so desperately need.
But also Lord, help the one making this request to remember that you are the one that provides the healing and to praise you and give you the glory when this healing takes place.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and recovery, trusting in Your will. Amen.
In this trying time, may you find comfort in God's presence and His promises. Trust in Him, for He cares for you and your loved one. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go - Joshua 1:9 WEB.
