I am low on the medication I take for ...

I am low on the medication I take for my migraines and may not be able to get it before Sat. or Sun. So I didn't take it for the migraine I have now; I don't know what to do. Please pray for wisdom in this matter. Also pray that the migraine gets better and for less migraines at lest until I get my pain medication. Thank you.
