I am letting stress make me sick

Please pray for me to help stop stressing over things I have no control. I am so stressed at this moment I can't even pray. My chest hurts, my head hurts and I feel dizzy. Please pray for me. Please pray for me, I feel I am losing control and I need help.

I know how you feel and it is so hard to stop the worrying. I just tell myself to Let Go and Let God. He knows what is in our hearts and he cares, but, it's in His Time, Not Ours.
