"Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the gift of this new day.
Open my eyes and ears Lord, to see and hear You throughout our day.
Help me to understand that by being obsessive about this person and
by trying to manipulate the free wills of others is a sin against You God.
May I not miss anything You wish to show me, teach me.
Where I am weary, may I be refreshed in Your presence.
When I am in need of help, may I look to You first.
May my day’s plans be built on Your strong foundation.
I look to You for guidance in the steps I take.
