I am depressed about one brother in the church and i want so to get marry

One Brother gave me so many hints that he is interested in me but it came out that he flirts with 2 other sisters in the same way, giving them charming nicknames, give me five signals, different jokes etc. My heart now hurts because i think i have fallen inlove with him. He is obviously immature or some evil seducing spirit is working through him.
I have stopped to speak with him, today went right after the sermon home.
God help me to fall out of love (he directed today again a joke towards me and this is what can hook me up again). I am in depression a bit because i feel embarrassed because of my conclusion that he is seriously interested in me. I said nothing to him about my infatuation. He even invited me week ago on cakes in the city.
I feel discouraged that the devil Will Always send me counterfeits and that i Will never find a suitable man. Just depressing. God heal and deliver my heart!!

There's a saying,"All that glitters is not gold",.I've also jumped to conclusions based on surface appearances.Similar, I thought a girl was interested in me, but like you say, it turned out she already has a steady boyfriend,then rejects me when I "step up".{or like you say, it's just superficial flirting, meaning nothing, and they do it to others}.It's like they're not on the same wavelength,so it's one sided.Indeed, that's happened to me a lot,and I know of others it's happened to.Well, I pray you overcome this,and move on, and also things work out for real for you.Amen

Thank you for your comment, but i think its a spiritual thing, if someone of opposite sex invited You out IT should be a sign that the person is interested. Even those jokes are seducing Spirit at my opinion because one can easily hook up on it. We should not behave Like the world but be in spiritual cleaneness/purity. I think flirting is worldly thing especially if You flirt with couple of sisters, dont You think? Flirting should be only used if You want something serious with a person. But i know ways also without flirting. Being obedient to God, when the man hears the voice of God and step up to a sister. I heard couple of sisters have this testimonies and they are successfully married.

I am sure that it is His Will for me to be already married because i suffer and i am 48 already. This is delayed from the devil. Maybe even because of the bad condition in the church. I am anointed and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit and cannot find this kind of man here. Religion produces immature men and some of them are stuck in some conditions for years and they even dont know it. Spirit of witchcraft and seduction is present. People Here are mostly playing church like its their club. Yesterday the leader of the prayer group could not find the key of the church building and we have prayed driving in the car??? Is this a serious church?? God i need a miracle!!

Yes, technically that's true. Unfortunately, not everything that should be, is.I,ve seen those who go to church and are enthusiastic in praising God, then go vote for a candidate that backs gay marriage and abortion, then try to rationalize it away.Guess that's why the Bible says,"walk in the spirit, that you don't fulfill the lusts of the flesh".With this kind of "cat and mouse" tactics, I've heard it go so far as,a girl tells a guy,"Why don't we meet at so and so at x time?" then doesn't show up.It's probably just some cheap ego trip.They're likely just self-centered, so they only see it as they built their own ego, and don't even consider that they hurt someone else.No, Christians shouldn't do it, but unfortunately, like I say, not everyone is as forthright.Another thing I've experienced, as if to rub salt in the wound, is, after this has happened to me many times,I hear of someone else in the same situation, and for them it works out!!!But God knows everything, definitely He knows why, etc.

Steven, i didnt understood what has worked out? I see it in my place of work flirting all over the place and many have lovers beside their marriage partner in my working place. I deffinetely think that flirting should be marked even like sleeping with the opposite sex, it brings in the seduction and lust. Where are golden years when You should have asked permission of parents to go out with someone. You would never flirt with someone who You would not want to marry. People ARE really superficial and not able to get in the covenant and sustain it.
I simply doubt in the quality of the marriage where You have flirted with couple of them and accidentally picked up someone who accidentally Like You the same way.

I just want to correct something.I didn't condone adultery, when I say it "worked out" for someone else, in other words,you just go through this,and some circumstances prevent it, but then someone else in that situation,they don't have those "blocks', it's a 50/50 feeling, NO relationships or marriages. In other words, it went smoothly for them.I wasn't condoning the adulterous relationships. I've seen that in offices, too, sometimes BOTH are married, know it, but don't care.I was just referring to when you want something with good intentions,you didn't get it for certain reasons, then someone else doesn't run into that.I wasn't condoning the ones who do it in an adulterous way.Sorry you misunderstood.
