I am asking prayer for a family in crisis. My son, an Iraqi veteran has a drinking problem. Something unknown has happened recently and he has begun to withdraw from is family. He currently lives with his wife and two children. He has hardly spoken to them in almost a week. I also believe he has suicidal tendancies. He and his wife are born again and baptized. His wife is praying for wisdom and strength. I have been praying for all of them to be protected, and that God would turn his heart back to Himself. I know God answers prayer in His own timing,but this is where I get stuck,because there are innocent children involved, who dont understand what is happening. I dont want their lives and hearts to be wounded. I feel victorious over the situation, and then I slip into impatience and doubt. So, Im asking for prayer myself as well.
