I am asking for prayers for my brother

I am asking for prayers for my brother John Armitage. He collapsed at a train station in Calgary, Alberta and his heart stopped. He was resuscitated but was deprived of oxygen and is now on Life support and in a drug induced coma. The thing is he has been an alcoholic for years now and never reached or knew his potential or our Savior. I ask for prayers for recovery from alcoholism, no brain damage and a renewed spirit in which to get to know the Savior and creator. I thank you in advance for these prayers. He is a good natured person, and was compacted by a garbage truck because he was in the receptable a few years back which may have created further trauma. I want him to be saved obviously, but it is ultimately up to the Most High but prayers help.

Father, I boldly come to your throne of mercy with this child’s need. I ask in your mighty power to meet this child’s need. I pray that this child of yours may experience your great love and care for them today. Give them eyes to see your hand of mercy at work in their life. Awaken all their senses to the realization that you will never leave them or forsake them.

In Jesus Christ’s Name I pray,  that you will receive and answer your child's prayers according to your perfect will and timing. Amen
