Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts seeking Your wisdom and guidance for our dear friend, a dedicated nurse who is currently facing uncertainty about their career path. Lord, we know that You are the source of all wisdom and understanding. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Father, we lift up this nurse to You, asking for clarity and direction. We pray that You would reveal Your will for their life and career. If it is Your plan for them to continue in nursing, give them the strength and passion to serve with excellence and compassion. If You have a different path in mind, open doors and provide opportunities that align with Your purpose for their life.
Lord, we also ask for peace in their heart during this time of decision-making. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind. May they feel Your presence and assurance, knowing that You are with them every step of the way. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and the courage to follow Your leading.
