Cross your arms across your chest and speak aloud the following prayer each day at least once.
In the name of Jesus, I command swelling in my legs to leave my body, now. I speak life, health, healing, and wholeness into and throughout my entire body and every cell in my body now functions in the perfection that God created them to function. I bless everything I eat, drink, breathe, and put on my body with the life of God. I bless everything in my room and everyone who comes into my room. I bless this facility I am living in and everyone who comes into the facility. My body is blessed and my life is blessed with the life of God. Thank you Jesus.
