Husband's job-### could be the day!

Dear Lord,

I come to you in prayer tonight knowing that tomorrow could tell the tale with my husband ### and his job situation. You know that tomorrow could be the day he quits his job, loses his job, or something. Lord you know the circumstances and I don't. I haven't heard from him in a couple of days. I know that is because he is stressed, anxious, anticipating tomorrow, and is afraid. Lord, help him to feel your love and guidance. Help him to be able to truly release it all to your care. Lord I pray that you put the right people in his path to help him. Give him your direction, your love, your comfort tomorrow.

Lord I pray that you bring him to YOU first then ultimately home to our marriage. I know that there will be difficult times, but I am willing to work and be patient. Lord help him to see that we can be strong again and that we can be happy.

Lord thank you for guiding and protecting me. For surrounding my heart with your love and for working in my life to the point that I am a strong individual and that I am not defined by my marriage. I am defined by you. Lord I know that whatever your will is, I will be strong in and I will survive in you. But Lord I pray that your will is for ### to come home.

Be with him tomorrow. Bless him and keep him safe.

Lord, I am anxious to hear from ### tomorrow. With the 3 hour time difference, I may not hear from him tonight. Lord I know that this day is typically a very stressful one, and also one that after the day is through, there is a lot of partying, drinking, etc. Lord I pray that ### is able to obstain from the temptation to give in to this environment. Lord I pray that he is able to stay focused on you, his future, and coming home. Lord be with him; working on his conscience; being that inner voice that tells him what is right. I lift ### up to you tonight and I pray that he is protected from the negative environment that he is in.

Lord I also pray that you bring him home safely. Lord, help me in dealing with my car situation as I anticipate the garage telling me tomorrow that it could cost a substantial amount to fix it. Lord you know that with our daughter's wedding in 6 weeks and with the stress of our financial situation since ### has left our home, that this is going to just be one more thing in the pile of stressers that we are dealing with. Lord protect me from a financial mess and please allow my car situation to not be as bad as I anticipate. I know that you only give us what we can handle...........but Lord I feel like I have handled a LOT this year. Keep my head up, my spirit with you and help me to not let this get me down.
