Father in heaven we come before you to pray for this dear lady and her husband. Lord we ask that your holy spirit fill this dear woman with wisdom and sound judgement, with strength and with peace as she lives and shares her life with a man who may well be an alcoholic. Please be by her side every step along the way. As she will need you Lord most desperately, do not abandon her. Fill her completely with your love and protection and above all your strength as she awaits your intervention in the heart of her husband. Send the power of your precious holy spirit, Father we pray for the husband, that he will turn his mind and heart toward you, for nobody comes to you unless he is drawn by the spirit. Show him a better way, the way that leads to life and abundance and happiness. That way is YOU.
