Husband stressed out/son bad/people being nosey

Lord please help me husband there is no school today and he has him all day and is having difficulty with him and his behavior and nosey people in public are bothering him and I am very worried about someone intervening and trying to take him. Please don't let anything happen and let me get in touch with them. The Bible even talks of disciplining your child...we cannot just let him "run wild"....I don't understand why people are so meddlesome anyway, because he didn't do anything wrong. (My son almost ran out into traffic, he had to stop/reprimand him). Please also let this day go quickly.
