Husband at work/son

Jesus please keep my husband warm at work. His boss is so cruel making them do work outside in this severe cold that can cause frostbite or worse. It is nothing that cannot wait until next week when it gets warmer. Please let him have a heart! Also please help my son who is still struggling with his fears and OCD which is causing sleeplessness. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
