Regarding the concern about the company monopolizing and destroying jobs, we must trust that God is ultimately in control of all things. While it's normal to feel anxious about such situations, we should remember that God can turn any situation around for the good of those who love Him.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Matthew 6:24 WEB: “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and Mammon wealth."
It is important to look for the job as a way to serve the Lord, not just a way of making lots of money or avoiding the hassles of commuting. We pray that she will be in the right frame of mind and mood to serve the Lord in the job that he provides her.
