How long, O Lord, how long?

I keep praying for the same thing. I can't help myself. My son is a troubled young man, and I am so afraid for him. He is an adult, but he is still my child. He needs help, but I don't know how to help him. I love him so much, but I can't get through to his mind. I want God to help me know what to do. I want God to bless and protect him until he can think more clearly. I wants son to have a good life but he has made so many mistakes that he is digging himself into an increasingly worse place. Please pray for God to turn him around before he gets into irreparable trouble.

I love standing on the word of God and I think of some scriptures that you can stand on for your son.  One of my favorite scriptures is " He perfects that which concerns me", also "Cast your care upon him for He careth for you( and your son)",.....May God just touch your son right now with His power to cause him to repent and come to the end of His self and relinquish his right to God our father.  May He give you peace of mind through out all that is going on.  And may he give you the strength each day.  I pray that he will be cover by the blood of Christ and every demon from hell that is trying to destroy your son would be bound.  May the Lord touch your son in such a way that he can't run anymore, but surrender to God almighty...........In Christ name amen....

I ask God to lead me to a passage or scripture that pertains to my situation and I close the bible and open it randomly and read both pages of where it lands.  It never fails to land on passages that I really need.  I do this only when I get in a pattern of reading my favorite scriptures and not allow the spirit of God to rightfully choose to give me what I need at that time.   It is not by luck either, God knows what you need.  I do not believe in luck or coincidence.  I have done this for a long time and know others that do the same and it works for them as well.  God Bless You.
