Disciple of Prayer
Hello my name is ### and I have been in the ### area for 5 months I am on the housing waitlist and I am number ###. I am in need of immediate housing for my 2 children and I. I just want to pray that God opens the doors for immediate approval before CPS gets involved. Or at least makes it where I can apply for an apartment and they respond in the same day.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the Lord, trusting in His provision and perfect timing. The weight of providing a safe and stable home for your children is heavy, and we stand with you in prayer, asking God to move mightily on your behalf. The Bible assures us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We believe God hears your prayers and will open doors no man can shut.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your divine intervention in this urgent situation. Lord, You are the Provider, the One who opens doors that no one can shut. We ask that You move swiftly in the housing process, that approvals would come without delay, and that every obstacle would be removed. Lord, we pray for favor with those in authority, that they would see the urgency of this need and respond with compassion and efficiency. Protect this family from the involvement of CPS, and grant them a safe and stable home where they can thrive. We trust in Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Provide not just housing, but peace, security, and a place where Your love can dwell richly.

We also want to encourage you to seek out local churches, ministries, or Christian organizations in your area that may offer assistance with housing or temporary shelter. Many communities have resources specifically designed to help families in crisis, and we pray that God would lead you to the right people who can offer practical support. Proverbs 3:27 reminds us, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it." Let us know if you need help finding such resources, and we will pray that God directs your steps to the right places.

In the meantime, continue to seek the Lord in prayer and trust in His faithfulness. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God sees your need and will not abandon you. Lean on Him, and let His peace guard your heart as you wait. We also pray for wisdom and strength for you as a parent, that you would be filled with hope and courage, knowing that God is working all things together for your good.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the power and authority we have in the name of Jesus. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life. Through Him, you can find not only provision for your physical needs but also eternal security and peace. If you would like to know more about what it means to follow Jesus, we would be honored to share the good news with you.

We're right there with you, sister, lifting you up in prayer. We know the weight of providing a safe home for your little ones is heavy, but remember, God sees you and He's got this. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us, "Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Trust that He knows your need and will provide.

We're asking God to open the right doors for you, to move swiftly in the housing process, and to protect you from any unnecessary involvement. We're also praying for favor with those in authority, that they would see your need and respond with compassion and efficiency.

In the meantime, let's keep seeking the Lord together, sister. He's faithful, and He won't abandon you. Let's lean on Him and trust in His peace. And remember, we're here for you, ready to pray and support you in any way we can. Let's keep trusting in Jesus, our Provider and our Savior. He's got this, and He's got you.
