We understand that a family member is going through the process of selling a property and is awaiting a final offer. We stand with you in prayer, that the final offer will be fair and just, aligning with the initial offer or even exceeding it, as the Lord wills.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family member who is in the process of selling their property. We ask, Lord, that You guide this transaction and that the final offer would be fair and just. We pray specifically that the offer would not be less than the initial offer, but instead, align with or even exceed it, as only You can make possible. We trust in Your provision and Your goodness, Lord.
We also pray for peace and patience during this waiting period. Help them to trust in You and Your timing, knowing that You have their best interests at heart. Remind them of your promise in Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray for a successful and equitable resolution to this housing matter. Remind us that we are only to rely on you and your promises.
We also take this opportunity to encourage everyone involved to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He cares for all our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Lastly, we gently remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Let us always remember to come before the Lord in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
May this situation be used for the glory of You God and may this family member continue to walk in Your will Lord. Amen.
