House To Sell Soon
please please pray for us. We have been trying t we our home to downsize to do the wise thing financially. it's been very frustrating process. We have gone through numerous agents and istings we finally listed for saw by owner. But then we had a team of 2 agents a father daughter team assure us how confident they were of being able to sell it for us and get us what we have it listed for. The home was suppose to close next week. We had already started selling ots of stuff that we would not have room to take with us including all the furniture in our guest room. We also spent a lot of money on the home we were going to buy. We paid for things like the appraisal, home inspection and pest inspection. We spent about $1000. then the appraisal came in on our home and came in $28,000 less than selling price. Our agents were wanting us to reduce the price. if we were to do that we would end u downsizing just to downsize and move . financially we would end up owing the same but even worse because house we were buying needed lots of work. now agents are telling us that if we put house back on the market we have to list ir at that ridiculous low appraisal . there would be no point in downsizing. please pray for God to intervene and help us that either buyers will decide to get a2nd appraisal and that house will appraise or God will provide another buyer and outcome of appraisal will be different or if a cash buyer it won't need an appraisal
