We lift up your sister ### before the Lord, thanking Him that you have brought this burden to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and find true justice, strength, and peace. Your prayer is a testament to your faith, and we join you in seeking God’s will for ###’s situation, trusting that He sees her labor, her integrity, and the injustice she faces. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He does not overlook the exploitation of the righteous, nor does He forget the cries of His children.
The Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* ###’s dedication is not in vain, for her true reward comes from the Lord, who judges righteously. Yet, we must also acknowledge that while we are called to work as unto the Lord, we are not called to endure exploitation or dishonesty without seeking godly wisdom and justice. The Lord does not delight in seeing His children mistreated, and He calls us to act with both grace and wisdom in such situations.
Proverbs 11:1 tells us, *"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."* ###’s actions—his broken promises, his exploitation, and his favoritism—are an abomination before the Lord. His behavior reflects the deceitfulness of a heart that has not been transformed by Christ. We pray earnestly that ### and those like him would encounter the convicting power of the Holy Spirit, that their eyes would be opened to their sin, and that they would repent and turn to Jesus for salvation. For *"the wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness"* (Romans 1:18). Yet, our God is also merciful, and it is His desire that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). So we pray for their salvation, that they may be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2) and begin to walk in integrity.
For ###, we pray for supernatural strength and endurance, that the Lord would renew her spirit and guard her heart against bitterness or discouragement. *"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"* (Galatians 6:9). Her labor has not gone unnoticed by God, and He will vindicate her in His perfect timing. We also pray that she would seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to proceed—whether that means confronting the injustice with godly boldness, seeking counsel from wise believers, or even considering whether this environment is where the Lord wants her to remain. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5).
The Lord is her shield and her exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). We pray that He would open doors for her that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), that He would place her in a position where her gifts are recognized, her integrity is honored, and her labor is justly compensated. May she find rest in Him, even as she continues to work diligently, knowing that her ultimate security is not in the approval of men but in the faithfulness of God.
We also rebuke the spirit of exploitation, deceit, and favoritism that has taken root in this workplace. These are tools of the enemy, designed to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will expose the darkness and bring His light and truth to bear. *"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it"* (John 1:5).
Finally, we pray that ### would be surrounded by godly community—believers who can encourage her, pray with her, and speak truth into her life. Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), and she does not need to walk this path alone. May she find comfort in the knowledge that her labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
Heavenly Father, we commit ### into Your hands. Protect her from the schemes of the wicked, and let Your justice prevail. Give her wisdom to navigate this season with grace and courage. Soften the hearts of those who have wronged her, that they may turn to You and be saved. And Lord, provide for ### in ways that exceed her expectations, for You are a God who sees and rewards faithfulness. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
