Please could you add your prayers to mine that I find a home that is affordable, close to work and safe for my elderly mother and my family of animals and me. It seems that we cannot continue living where we are because the abuse that we have endured from our landlords has intensified despite intense and continued prayer and I have no option but to remove my mother (71( and my animals from this situation. My concern is financial because I am a single breadwinner (female) on a teacher's salary so my options are limited. I also have to pay security deposits so this has put enormous pressure on me. It is a bitter pill for me to swallow, because I have prayed wholeheartedly to God for help in the situation with the landlords who are engaged in unlawful activities against young children which I have reported hence the abuse and which they are still involved in. As far as my situation is concerned, this is no longer my concern as I have prayed hard about it and withstood the most terrible harrassment, abuse and vilification from these people and now I have to focus on my own family's needs and find them a suitable and affordable home where my mother can heal and find peace of mind. It is always galling when evil seems to win but I also believe in my heart of hearts that perhaps God does not want me to stay here any longer because he has his own plans and he wants us to move somewhere where we are safe and happier. But He must also take into account my finanical situation and take this burden from my shoulders. I thank you so much for adding your prayers to mine. God Bless, Tracey
It's me again - I have just heard from a young girl at the school where I teach - her name is Leesha in grade 9 - that her best friend Gwendolyn (16) has been diagnosed with acute leukemia. She is terrible distressed and her friend has just undergone her first chemo treatment. I pray that Leesha is strengthened during this time as she was extremely emotional when she spoke to me and i pray for healing for her young friend. Tracey
