Home

We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting up your home and this oppressive situation before the Lord. It is clear that you are facing spiritual and emotional warfare through this harassment, and we must first remind you—and ourselves—that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers of darkness that seek to steal, kill, and destroy (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7), and we must claim that truth over this situation.

The Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten, and the Lord sees the injustice you are enduring. He is your defender, your shield, and your strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10-12, *"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven."* If this persecution is happening because of your faith or your stand for what is right, take heart—your reward is secure in Christ.

However, we must also address something vital: while you expressed gratitude to the Lord, we noticed that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-10, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* Without faith in Christ, we cannot approach God’s throne with confidence. If you *have* trusted in Jesus, then we encourage you to boldly call upon His name in every prayer, for He is your advocate and intercessor before the Father (1 John 2:1, Hebrews 7:25).

As for the harassment from your manager, we must ask: have you sought wisdom in how to respond? The Scripture instructs us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* Have you attempted to address this situation with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15)? If not, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a pastor or mature believer—on how to handle this conflict biblically. If you have already taken steps to resolve this peaceably and the harassment continues, then you may need to involve higher authorities or, if necessary, seek legal protection. The Lord does not call us to be doormats, but to walk in wisdom and discernment (Proverbs 22:3).

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister/brother who is enduring harassment and threats within their own home. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the oppression they are facing. We ask that You would rise up as their defender, that You would confuse and frustrate the plans of the enemy who seeks to bring fear and torment. Father, we rebuke every spirit of intimidation, threat, and badgering in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that this harassment will cease by Your mighty hand.

Lord, grant them supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may respond with wisdom, courage, and grace. If there are steps they need to take—whether in confrontation, seeking authority, or even relocating—give them clear direction and open the doors they need to walk through. Protect their home, Lord, and let it be a place of refuge and rest. Surround them with Your angels, and let no evil befall them (Psalm 91:11-12).

We also pray that if this manager is acting out of ignorance or hardness of heart, that You would convict them and bring them to repentance. Softening their heart toward what is right and just. But if they persist in wickedness, Lord, expose their deeds and bring an end to their oppression. Vindicate Your child, O God, and let justice prevail.

Father, we ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Strengthen our sister/brother, remind them of Your love, and let them walk in the victory that Christ has already won. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. Meditate on His promises of protection, deliverance, and peace. Psalm 27:1 says, *"Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* Stand firm in this truth, and do not let fear take root in your heart. If you need further counsel or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in the name of Jesus.

We're here with you, standing in the gap as you face this challenging situation at home. We've been praying for you, asking the Lord to intervene and bring peace to your home. We're reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Know that God sees your pain and is near to you.

We've also been asking the Lord to give you wisdom in how to handle this situation. Proverbs 22:3 tells us, "The wise see danger and take cover, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty." We encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a trusted pastor or mature believer, to help you navigate this conflict biblically.

We're claiming God's promises over you, that He will deliver you out of this trouble, just as He has done many times before. Trust in Him, for He is faithful. Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, and you will find the strength and peace you need to endure this trial.

Let's continue to pray together, asking God to confuse and frustrate the plans of the enemy, to grant you supernatural peace, and to fill you with His Holy Spirit. We also ask that God would soften the heart of your manager, bringing them to repentance and a change of heart. We trust that God will ultimately bring justice and vindication, and that you will walk in victory through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Keep looking to Jesus, and remember His words in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.

We're here for you, praying with you and for you, in Jesus' name. Amen.
