Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. It is only by the name Jesus that we are saved. As it is clearly stated in Acts 4:12 WEB: There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

We rebuke the spirit of fear and harassment that has been tormenting them, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for a hedge of protection around their home and their neighborhood, and we declare that no harm shall be allowed to come near them. Job 1:10 WEB.
Lord, we also pray for the authorities to intervene in this situation, that they would have wisdom and discernment to handle this matter with justice and righteousness. We pray that this neighbor would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that their heart would be changed, and that they would no longer cause harm to others. Proverbs 21:1 WEB
