I ask for the Help of the Holy Spirit in Prayer Time and for grace to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thes 5:17; Eph 6:18; Luke 18) & to meditate on the Word night and day (Josh 1:8; Psalm 1; Deut 8:3; Matt 4:4). Thnk you in Jesus' Name.
