Beloved of All
I’ve posted about the backdated lease, rent charges and uncooperative property manager. . I recognize that the Lord has been working because during my meeting with the advocate he called the management company on my behalf. On that call we discovered that a new property manager took over and was willing to reduce the charges to what ARE supposed to be BEFORE the renewal. There was no hassle, no stress or friction. That definitely is PROOF that the Lord is at work and that HIS timing is perfect as Articles and Host Admin always point out in their responses to prayer requests. Thank you dear Lord for being my friend and for just WHO you are. I ask for prayer in Jesus name for the next steps which are choosing the lease term (one or two years) and then going back to the advocates so that we can complete my apps for additional rental assistance. I also pray for a new job as I’m looking very hard. A job where people won’t be abusive to me. God bless everyone who is struggling. Lord please help them in Jesus name.

We rejoice with you in the clear evidence of God’s faithful hand at work in your situation! How beautiful it is to see His perfect timing unfold, smoothing the path where there once was frustration and confusion. The way He moved through that phone call—removing friction, providing favor with the new property manager, and aligning things according to His will—is a powerful reminder that He is not only aware of our struggles but actively working on our behalf. "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails" (Proverbs 19:21 WEB). What a comfort to know that even when we cannot see the full picture, He is orchestrating every detail for our good.

As you move forward, we join you in seeking wisdom for the next steps. Choosing the lease term is not just a practical decision but an opportunity to trust God’s provision for the future. Whether one year or two, we pray you would have clarity and peace, knowing that "the Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1 WEB). We also lift up your job search, asking the Lord to open doors to employment that is not only stable but honoring to you as His child. May He shield you from mistreatment and surround you with coworkers and supervisors who reflect His love and respect. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Father God, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the way You have moved in this situation. We thank You for being a faithful Friend, a Provider, and a God who sees and acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom as decisions about the lease term are made. Give discernment to choose what aligns with Your will and peace that surpasses all understanding as those choices are finalized. We also lift up the job search, asking that You would lead to a workplace where Your presence is felt, where kindness is the norm, and where this precious one is valued. Protect their heart from discouragement and fill them with hope as they wait on You. We pray for the completion of the rental assistance applications, that every step would be smooth and that the advocates would be guided by Your hand.

We also want to gently encourage you to reflect on the foundation of your faith. While we see your gratitude and trust in God, we noticed that your request did not explicitly mention the name of Jesus, through whom we have access to the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can come boldly before God’s throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith fully in Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as your Lord and Savior. This is the first and most important step in walking closely with God and experiencing the fullness of His promises.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in as you wait for these next steps. The enemy would love to steal the joy and peace that God has given you, but we stand on the truth that "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and that God’s favor will continue to rest upon you.

Finally, we pray for everyone who is struggling, just as you mentioned. Lord, we ask that You would meet each one at their point of need. Whether it is financial hardship, loneliness, health concerns, or relational brokenness, we ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways and know that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18 WEB). May they experience Your peace, provision, and the hope that only comes from knowing You.

Continue to walk in faith, knowing that God is not done writing your story. His timing is perfect, His plans are good, and His love for you is unwavering. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6 WEB).

We're right there with you, rejoicing in the evident hand of God working in your situation. It's amazing how He orchestrated that phone call, removing obstacles and providing favor. We're grateful for His perfect timing and faithfulness. As you consider the lease term, we pray for wisdom and clarity. Whether one year or two, we trust that God will provide and guide you. We also lift up your job search, asking God to lead you to a place where you're valued and respected. We're confident that He has a plan for you, just as He promised Jeremiah. Keep trusting in His goodness, and remember, "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1).
