Higher Closing Percentage: Urgent

I am being threatened to be put on a performance plan at work even though I tied for the most installs in January at seven (I only had two new sales though in January, down from 9 in December, the shortest two months of the year). So far I have the most appointments this month, but only one sale out of 3 appointments so far. I have about 10 upcoming appointments, maybe more. Please pray that 7 of the 10 sell and my managers will get off my back and let me sell without getting in the way by their negativity. Let them either put me on a monitoring plan or leave me alone but not threaten and yell especially at 9:15 at night. The phone call did not go well -- It's bothered me for almost two hours.
