It is important as Christians to do everything we do as if we are working for the Lord. Let's consider Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. This reminds us that even in our daily tasks, we should strive for excellence to bring glory to God. Also consider 1 Corinthians 14:40 But let all things be done decently and in order. In light of these verses, we pray for wisdom to establish a godly order in your home, not for the sake of perfection, but to create an environment that honors God and brings peace to you and your household.
Now, regarding the physical discomfort you're experiencing, remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God cares about our physical well-being. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Your concerns are real and it is understandable that you would want relief. Remember to be encouraged by Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
It is noticeable that your prayer was not offered in Jesus Name. It is only in His Name that we can approach God. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is also only through His Name we can be saved. We encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, who died for our sins and was resurrected from the dead, to reconcile us to God. Then present your requests to God in His Name.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who seeks Your help. Lord, grant her the wisdom and strength to manage her home with efficiency and grace, as if she is working for You. Bring order to her home and let Your peace reign there.
Father, we also bring before You her physical discomfort. We pray for Your healing touch on her body. Regulate her hormones and relieve her of the irritation and discomfort. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her.
Lord, we pray that she will know Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ.
