I just found out that I had High Blood Sugar. I do not want to get treatment because I am also Hypertension. Please help me.

We are truly sorry to hear about your health situation, but we are thankful that you have reached out for prayer. Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and God cares about your physical health just as He cares about your spiritual well-being. It is important to take care of your body as described in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB: "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? While we understand your concern about your hypertension, it is crucial to manage your high blood sugar as well. Both conditions require proper management and treatment. Ignoring your high blood sugar could lead to serious health complications. Trust that God is able to guide your healthcare providers to give you the best care for both conditions. 2 Chronicles 16:12 WEB reminds us, "In the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa became diseased in his feet; his disease was exceedingly great, yet in his disease he did not seek Yahweh, but the physicians." While it is important to seek medical help, trusting in God for healing and guidance is equally important.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved friend who has just been diagnosed with high blood sugar in addition to hypertension. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. Guide their healthcare providers to manage both conditions effectively, and give our friend the strength and wisdom to follow their advice. Help them to trust in You and Your divine plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Trust that God is able to heal and guide you through this journey. Do not miss the opportunity to see God work in your life. However, remember that you must come to God in the name of Jesus Christ to receive His help.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
