Beloved of All
Hi ok was wondering about this. Some of us post prayer requests, several people pray for them, and some time later they stste that they still have the same problem. With myself, over time I've had situations where, when I wanted to get out of the problem, it went on for a long time, then some time later, when I wasn't thinking about it ,then the problem, through changing circunstances, would resolve. The main answer Christians give on this would be ,"it's done in Gods time."Ok. I got that. But the question here is, how come when the devil zaps us with something,WE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT.IT HAPPENS IMMEDIATLY.Like the devil doesn't say,I'll torment so and so in my own time. His time is 24/7/365.I don't know why one moves fast and the other moves more slowly.Anyone?

I have noticed that you are a deep thinker , let me say that there are things in this life that we are never going to comprehend  , that is why we are told to walk by faith and not by sight . We have to trust in an ALL knowing and loving heavenly Father when we do not understand things . We either follow Him and believe that He is working on our behalf or not .

I stand in agreement with mitchandkay, through the Lord Jesus Christ, may this request be fulfilled. Amen

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

It isn't that God is so slow to act, but rather that God is waiting for the right moment to intervene. The Devil can attack us only when God permits him.

You ask, "Why when the Devil attacks us, and we pray to God for deliverance, does God not answer right away?" The answer is simple, we have yet to learn that which God is trying to teach us. There are many reasons for suffering, and one of them is, to teach us valuable lessons that we will never learn otherwise. The Lord doesn't enjoy seeing us suffer, but He will not intervene until we have learned what He meant us to learn in the first place. If we prayed for God's help, and God intervened instantly, we would never learn what we were meant to learn. There are many reasons for why God allows us to endure trials and tests, and we may, at the time, be unable to understand or comprehend His reasoning. It is not that He has not answered our prayers, He has, and His answer is, "In My time."

But we also know this, God will not allow us to endure anything that we cannot endure. He will never give us a burden that is too heavy to carry.
