Hi, my name is Allan, and I'm a Christian. This year, I met a girl called Majdeline, (from Morocco) - She's beautiful, and a really lovely person. We both really like each-other. We share a lot in common, and get on really well... but she isn't a Christian. Right from the beginning of our friendship, I explained to her about my faith and why I couldn't go out with her. From that, we have had many long conversations, I've given her a bible, brought her to church, and we've talked about every aspect of Christianity you could think of. I've really been praying that God would speak to her, and she would put her faith in him.

But to no avail. She doesn't seem any closer to becoming a Christian - if anything, she's further away. She's bitter against God, and sees him as a barrier to love. The only thing that has come out of this is that I've fallen in love with her. I can't walk away from our close friendship - I'm the only Christian she knows.

My prayer requests are these: Firstly (and most importantly,) that through this, Majdeline begins to seek after God, and that she will become a Christian (in God’s own timing, even if it doesn’t directly affect me.)

And secondly, that my own faith doesn’t falter though this, and that God makes his plan known to me.

Please, please pray for Majdeline. Pray for God to shake her and challenge her, and that she makes the decision that could change her life forever.

Praying for your situation but remember as a Christian you have been warned not to be unequally yoked with an unbeliever. In obedience to the word of God you cant entertain any thoughts of the two of you getting married until she becomes a believer. I pray that she accepts Christ as her Lord and saviour but please dear brother if it ever comes down to choosing between obedience to God or marrying her please dont let your feelings for her cloud your judgement. And please dont be seduced into converting to her religion (since I guess she is muslim) just to have her. And if she indeed is muslim her parents will demand that you convert to Islam before they give her hand to you in marriage. Watch out my brother for a snare is before you. If you choose to marry her current state she will always be in bitter opposition towards Yehova & His Messiah, towards your Christian faith, your family, friends and anything Christian. Remember the human heart is very deceitful so dont think you can change her after you marry her. ONLY JESUS CAN CHANGE HER. So my dear brother if she refuses the salvation that is in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ all you can do for the rest of her life is pray for her but it will not be prudent to take your relationship to the next level. May the Lord lead you in making the right choices. May the Lord make you steadfast in your faith that you do not stumble and fall. In Jesus' name, Amen.
