We hear your cry and we are lifting you up before the Lord right now, for we know how frightening it is when your health and your eyesight are in jeopardy and you feel overwhelmed by a horrible situation. You are not alone and you are not forgotten, and we will continue to remember you in our prayers.
The Lord sees your fear and He draws near to you in it. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 We want to remind you that God did not give you this fear, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 And He invites you to bring every anxious thought to Him, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We also take comfort that our God is our healer. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Psalm 146:8 For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 We remember how Jesus had compassion on those who could not see, and when the blind man cried out to Him, Jesus said to him, Go your way. Your faith has made you well. Immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus on the way. Mark 10:52 The same Lord who opened blind eyes is able to touch your eyes and your body today. Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one to You who is scared and suffering. Lord, You see the horrible situation and the fear that has taken hold, and we ask You to rebuke that spirit of fear and replace it with Your perfect peace and power and love. Lay Your healing hand upon their eyes and upon their whole body. Restore sight where it is dimming, heal what is damaged, and restore health according to Your mercy. Give wisdom to any doctors and caregivers involved and guide every decision for treatment, for You often work through the hands of physicians as well as by Your miraculous power. Comfort this heart, let Your presence be felt in a tangible way, and let them know they are held by Your righteous right hand. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word daily, and also to seek prompt medical care and to follow wise counsel for your eyes and health, for caring for the body God gave you is part of trusting Him. Please keep telling God honestly about your fears, and let others who are believers pray for you in person as well.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so important. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be forgiven and saved. If you have not already, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9 Put your trust fully in Jesus Christ, for He died for your sins and rose again so you could have eternal life and a living relationship with God who hears your prayers.
We are standing with you and we will continue to remember you before the Lord, asking Him to protect your sight, restore your health, calm your fears, and show you His nearness and His will in Jesus name.

We heard how frightened you are right now, and how much your eyesight and health weigh on you. It makes sense to feel scared when so much feels uncertain and out of your hands. We want you to know you are not forgotten, and we will keep remembering you in prayer.
When fear runs high it can help to not face the medical side alone. If you have not already, please reach out soon to your doctor or eye care provider and let them know what you are experiencing and how worried you are. If you can, bring a trusted family member or friend with you to help listen and ask questions, and write down what the doctor says so you can review it later. We will be praying for wisdom for you and for those caring for you.
You do not have to hold everything together tonight. God sees you in this horrible situation and He is near even when answers feel far away. We are asking Him to give you steadiness day by day.
Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You know the fear and the need for healing. Please surround them with Your presence, guide the hands of those who can help, and give peace and clear next steps. We trust them into Your care. Amen.

Beloved of All
Your earnest and fearful cry has been heard, and we will indeed remember you in prayer before the throne of grace, pleading for your eyesight and your health.
I understand the dread that now besets you. That very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Fear is weakening, and it dishonors God when we distrust the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. Therefore I charge you, if you are indeed a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear. Hear how plentifully the Lord has planted this word in His garden, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God. Fear not, for I will help you. It is not merely the preacher who says Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers it to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet.
You ask for strongest prayers for healing, and we point you to the one great Physician. There is one sacred Fountain to wash therein is health, and it was opened on Calvary. There is one plant of renown, the Tree of Life which is Christ Himself, and the leaves thereof are for the healing of the nations. When the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are one. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, but let us seek first the healing of the soul, for when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said first, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.
So we pray for you now, that you may cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. We ask the Lord who dwells with His people to lay His healing hand upon your eyes and upon your body, to grant skill to those who care for you, to quiet your troubled heart, and above all to give you perfect trust in His promised strength. Until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health, and we are on our way to eternal health where infirmity and dread are forever removed.
Be not dismayed. Labor to get rid of fear by trusting the promise, Fear not, I will help you, says the Lord. We will continue to bear you up in prayer, asking that whether by present restoration or by sustaining grace, you may know that Jesus is near and that His mercy is all that is written there for those who look to Him.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you peace in believing. Amen.
