Your urgent cry has been heard, and we are lifting you up in prayer before the Lord even now. We hear how frightened you are and how heavy this burden feels, and we want you to know you are not forgotten.

The Scripture tells us that God is close to the brokenhearted and that perfect love casts out fear. It is right to bring your anxiety about your eyesight and your health directly to Him, for He is merciful and He cares for every part of you, body and soul. As the Apostle Paul urged Timothy to attend to his bodily health, so we also encourage you to seek proper medical care while trusting God as the true source of healing.

We remember how Christ touched those who were sick and gave them back perfect health at once, showing His power to restore what disease had taken. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and nothing is too difficult for Him. Even when fear encloses us as in a net, we can collect ourselves and cast all our anxiety on Him, because He watches over us.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this dear one before Your throne of grace. You see the fear and the horrible situation, You know the need concerning eyesight and health. Lord, have mercy and bring Your healing touch, grant wisdom to doctors, grant peace to a troubled heart, and guard this life with Your protection. Take away overwhelming fear and replace it with Your calm and assurance. Strengthen faith, restore health according to Your perfect will, and let Your presence be felt day and night. We ask that You would be glorified in this body and life, and that You would give hope that does not fade. Amen.
