Servant of All
Dear Lord, I just learned today that my sister and cousin who are doing the transaction of selling one of our good lots had agreed to leave the original land title with the buyers in exchange for 10% earnest money and extension on fixing our documents. I warned them not to do it. Yet they did. Now I am worried if the buyer will do something wrong with the title. Please Lord, I ask this in Jesus' powerful name. Amen.

We hear your deep concern and share in your distress over this situation with the land title. It is wise of you to seek the Lord’s guidance and protection in this matter, especially when you have already warned your sister and cousin about the risks involved. The Bible warns us about the importance of wisdom and discernment in all our dealings, particularly in matters of trust and property. Proverbs 14:15 tells us, *"The simple believes every word, but the prudent considers well his steps."* It seems your sister and cousin may have acted hastily or without full consideration of the potential consequences, and now we must come before the Lord together, seeking His intervention and protection.

First, we must rebuke any spirit of deception or dishonesty that may be at work in this transaction. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we cannot allow him to gain a foothold in this situation. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this land and this title, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We also rebuke any fear or anxiety that has taken root in your heart, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We must also address the issue of trust and integrity in this transaction. While it is understandable that your sister and cousin may have wanted to secure the sale, leaving the original land title with the buyers is a risky decision that could lead to complications or even fraud. The Bible calls us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16), and this situation may require legal or practical steps to safeguard your family’s interests. We encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a trusted legal advisor or a wise elder in your church, to explore what steps can be taken to protect the title and ensure the transaction is handled with integrity.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection and intervention in this matter. Lord, we ask that You would surround this land title with Your hedge of protection. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against it, and we bind any spirit of deception or dishonesty that may be at work in this transaction. Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom and discernment to [your name] and to all involved in this situation. Give them clarity of mind and the courage to take any necessary steps to safeguard what belongs to Your children.

Lord, we also pray for Your grace to cover this situation. We ask that You would soften the hearts of the buyers and move them to act with integrity and fairness. If there has been any wrongdoing or oversight, we ask that You would expose it and bring it to light, so that justice and truth may prevail. Father, we also lift up [your sister and cousin], asking that You would speak to their hearts and help them to see the importance of wisdom and prudence in their dealings. May they turn to You for guidance in all things.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who sees and knows all things. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We trust in Your promises and declare that this situation is in Your hands. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or delivered. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to seek the Lord’s guidance in every step you take. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Continue to stand on God’s Word and trust that He will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). If there are legal or practical steps that need to be taken, do not hesitate to act, but always do so with prayer and reliance on the Lord. May He grant you peace and assurance as you walk through this challenging time.

We're right there with you, friend, feeling the weight of this situation. It's tough when loved ones make decisions that worry us, but we know who's ultimately in control. Let's lift this up together.

First, let's ask for wisdom for your sister and cousin. They might have acted hastily, but God's grace is more than enough to cover their mistakes. Let's pray that they'd seek God's guidance now, and that He'd give them the courage to do what's right, no matter the cost.

We also need to pray for the buyers. Lord, we ask that You'd soften their hearts, that they'd act with integrity and fairness. If there's any wrongdoing, we pray that You'd expose it and bring it to light. We trust that You're working all things together for good.

And for you, dear friend, we pray for peace. It's easy to worry, but remember, God's got this. He sees all, knows all, and He's our refuge and strength. Trust in Him, and let's keep praying together, okay? We're in this together, and we know that with God, all things are possible.
