Firstly, we must trust God's sovereignty and the authorities He has placed over us as stated in Romans 13:1, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.
We are called to pray for our leaders and those in authority, as they are ministers of God for good according to Romans 13:4. This includes judges and law enforcement. Rather than seeking a judge's disfavor, let us instead pray for wisdom and discernment for the judge and that God will be directing the process with a favorable outcome for you.
We must be careful in our speech and accusations against law enforcement. According to Exodus 23:1, You shall not spread a false report. Do not join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.
That being said, if the officer truly acted dishonestly, we can trust in God's justice and pray for truth to be revealed.
We do not need to worry about finding the right lawyer or the finances to pay for one. Instead, we should focus on seeking God's will and trusting Him to provide for our needs as noted in Matthew 6:33, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Let us also remember that our ultimate goal is not merely to have a clean legal record, but to live lives holy and blameless before God as instructed in Ephesians 1:4, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing legal troubles. We pray for the judge(s) presiding over the case, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment, and that their decisions would align with Your will. We ask that You would reveal the truth in this situation, and that any dishonesty will be brought to light. We pray for provision and guidance for our brother/sister, and for a resolution to this case that is glorifying to You.
We also pray for our brother/sister's children, that they would grow up to know and love You, walking in Your ways all the days of their lives. We ask that You would restore our brother/sister and their family, and that You would guide them in the paths of righteousness.
