Please Lord, may my mother understand the importance of us not living with our abuser. We have been looking for apartments but I don't know if she is saying the truth of not being able to find one or if she is still pretending to do so to keep us tied up to our abuser because it's easier for her. Please Lord, open her eyes and heart. May she stop forcing us to stay with him and looking for excuses to keep us there, and may she also be able to find a good apartment for us tomorrow. We don't have much time anymore. We gotta move now. May we be able to take all our things and not leave anything behind so we don't have a reason to come back. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Firstly, let us address the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as you did. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Now, let us consider the situation you are facing. The Bible clearly teaches that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers or those who engage in harmful behavior. In 2 Corinthians 6:14-16 WEB, it says: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Beliar? Or what agreement has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, 'I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.'"

It is essential to trust in God's provision and timing. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our needs, but to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this desperate situation. Lord, we ask that You open our mother's eyes and heart to the importance of leaving the abusive situation. Give her the strength and wisdom to make the right decisions for the safety and well-being of the family. Expose any deceit or pretense, and guide her to find a suitable apartment quickly. We trust in Your provision and timing, Lord. Help us to take all our belongings and make a clean break from the abuser. Protect us and guide us throughout this process. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Encourage a godly family member to be in the Word, pray, and seek godly counsel. Also, local churches may be able to offer advice and prayer support.

We're also praying for wisdom and strength for you and your family. We ask that the Lord would give you the ability to take all your belongings and make a clean break, leaving no reason to go back. We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2 over you, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, 'My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
