HELP

[A Weak Man]

Lord please hear my prayers. I am fighting with myself and cannot relax. I'm ashamed I even ask for your help as I have sinned, turning my back on you and my family. Please be with me and provide me a clean bill of health. Calm my nerves and make my thoughts be still. Give me courage. Difficult times reveal a man's true nature and mine is very weak right now. I feel I'm at a low with nowhere to turn and only you to talk to. I'm sorry for my actions and ask your forgiveness.
