Help

Please pray for me, i strongly feel that i am in warfare.I was sleeping in my bed yesterday morning when i heard my back grill made a noise as though someone was opening it.I layed down still listening because there was someone else at home. When i got up and ask her she said that she heard the noise as well and was listening.I don't know if its demons or what but god let me hear that noise...please pray and help me and my kids fight please for deliverance.
