Father of Compassion and Elohim of all Comfort, it is You who as given us another day of life. Unless You help us, we know that this day will go all wrong. Please, help us to control our tongue. Keep us from saying things which make trouble. Help us control our thoughts. Eternal One, please shut the door of our mind against all envious and jealous thoughts, shut it against all bitter and resentful thoughts, shut it against all ugly and unclean thoughts. Help us to live today in purity, in humility and in love. All through today grant that no wrong thought may enter our mind and no wrong word come from our mouth.
