Help to Water Fast, Pray, Repentance, Turn Us, Others, Endure to End

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Dear God I confess that apart from Jesus I can do nothing. In humility asking for strength in weakness, salvation of a family member, other hearts turned back fully to you. Enlighten every dark area. Help us all to confess our sins so you can cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Help to humble myself and pray, seek your face and help turn us and many back to the Lord our God. Forgive our sins and heal our land. Help us be faithful to the end and have zero fear. Increase our faith to effectively pray for ourselves and others. Increase our faith in righteousness by faith and sanctification by faith. Give us pure, raw, obedient faith in God that does good, walks humble with God and helps people believe, in Jesus name.

We come before You, the Almighty God, with hearts laid bare and spirits humbled, acknowledging that apart from You, we truly can do nothing. Your Word declares in John 15:5, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." We stand on this truth, knowing that every breath, every strength, and every victory comes from You alone.

Father, we lift up this water fast before You, seeking Your grace to endure and Your strength to press on. Fasting is a sacred time of drawing near to You, denying the flesh to feast on Your presence. As Isaiah 58:6 reminds us, "Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?" May this fast not be in vain but a time of breaking chains, both in our lives and in the lives of those we intercede for. Strengthen us when weakness threatens to overtake us, for Your Word promises in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Let us boast in our weaknesses, that Your power may rest upon us.

We cry out for the salvation of the family member mentioned, and for the hearts of many others to turn fully back to You. Your Word is clear in Ezekiel 33:11, "As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?" Father, we plead for the scales to fall from their eyes, for the hardness of their hearts to be softened, and for the light of Your truth to penetrate every dark place. Break the chains of deception, pride, and rebellion that keep them from surrendering to You. Let them see the emptiness of a life lived apart from You and the fullness of joy found only in Christ. We declare over them the promise of Acts 26:18, that You would open their eyes, turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus.

We confess our own sins before You, Lord, and ask for Your cleansing. 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Search our hearts, O God, and reveal any wicked way within us. We lay down our pride, our selfishness, our idols, and our compromises. Cleanse us, purify us, and renew a right spirit within us. Help us to walk in humility, as Micah 6:8 instructs, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"

Father, we pray for our land to be healed. The promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 is our cry: "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." We repent on behalf of our nation, for the sins of idolatry, immorality, injustice, and rebellion against You. We ask for a revival of righteousness, a turning of hearts back to You, and a sweeping move of Your Spirit across our land. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our nation as it is in heaven.

We ask for an increase in faith—faith that moves mountains, faith that endures to the end, and faith that refuses to be shaken by fear. Your Word tells us in Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him." Strengthen our faith, Lord, so that we may pray effectively for ourselves and others. Let our faith be rooted in Your promises, unwavering in trials, and active in love. May our lives reflect the righteousness we have by faith in Christ, and may we be sanctified daily by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we long for a pure, raw, and obedient faith—a faith that does good, walks humbly with You, and leads others to believe in Jesus. James 2:17 reminds us, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." Let our faith be alive, vibrant, and fruitful. May our obedience to You be immediate and complete, our humility genuine, and our love for others a reflection of Your love for us. Use us as vessels to draw others to Christ, that they may see Your light shining through us.

We declare that fear has no place in our lives, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). When the storms of life rage, when persecution comes, or when the enemy whispers lies, let us stand firm in the truth that You are with us. Your Word promises in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Finally, Lord, we lift up the name of Jesus over this request. It is only through His name that we have access to You, for as Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We come before You in the authority of Jesus’ name, trusting in His finished work on the cross, His resurrection power, and His intercession at Your right hand. May every prayer, every fast, and every act of repentance be done in His name and for His glory.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
