Help our family, dear Jesus, make wise choices in terms of eating, getting enough sleep, using our time well. May our bodies get the exact amount of sleep we need, not more or less. May we consume all the nutrients in exact quantities we need to be fully healthy, function properly. MOSTLY may we feed on the truth of the Bible, and feast on His word.
