Help me to be relieved of torment

Dear Lord,
Life has been very difficult as of late due to the ramblings of my autistic son who has caused a lot of trouble with his allegations. He is my child and I love him, but I am equally afraid of what he has become. I have made me look like an incompetent parent when I have always done my best to ensure he is well cared for. I feel lost and alone and humiliated. I fear for the future at this time. Help me Father overcome these terrible times. Amen
