Help Me Pray

Dear Lord,

I have faith that you are at my side and you truly love me. I pray that you help me in my time of need. I pray that you give me the strength and courage that I need to take on all the tasks ahead of me. You have saved me before. I'm sorry that I went astray and I'd like to thank you for bringing me back to where I need to be spiritually. I pray that you keep my focus on You. Lord, I ask that You make things just a little easier for me now. Show me signs of promise and give me reassurance of the love that You have for me. I pray that You give me all the tools necessary to be a great father for my son. Help me to help him and guide him as You have done for me. I know the road ahead of me is sure to be a long and bumpy one but I know that with You by my side that there is nothing that I cannot bear. Lord I am so sorry for everything I did in my life when I did not know you and I ask that You forgive me for all of my past and future sins and transgressions. I deliver my prayers to Jesus Christ in Faith that he will vouch for me. Lord, just help me to be a better man for my son, my family and for all those who surround me. I love you and I thank you for everything. In Jesus' name...Amen.
