We come before the Lord together, lifting up this earnest request for favor in your job interview. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun" (Psalm 37:5-6 WEB). We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of the recruiters and hiring managers, that they may see the value and integrity You have placed in this dear one.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and clarity as they reflect on their interview. May the words spoken align with Your will, and may any nervousness be calmed by Your peace. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We ask that You open the door to this opportunity if it is Your plan, and if not, we trust You to lead them to something even better.

We also encourage you to rest in the knowledge that God has a purpose for your life, and He will provide according to His perfect timing. "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Continue to seek Him in all things, and remember that your worth is not defined by a job but by your identity in Christ.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one before You, asking for Your divine favor in their job interview. Lord, we know that You hold their future in Your hands, and we trust You to open the right doors. Grant them confidence, wisdom, and peace as they await the outcome. May Your will be done in their life, and may they find joy and fulfillment in whatever path You have set before them. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Keep your heart steadfast, knowing that God hears your prayers and works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We stand with you in faith, believing that God’s best is yet to come.
