We join you in lifting up your heart’s desire to use your creativity for God’s glory, especially as you seek to bless others through puppetry while sharing the Gospel. Your passion to help people find work and live godly lives is commendable, and we believe the Lord can use this unique gift for His kingdom. The Bible reminds us in 1 Peter 4:10-11, *"As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms. If anyone speaks, let it be as it were the very words of God. If anyone serves, let it be as of the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ."*
Your suffering—humiliation, discrimination, and unjust job loss—has not gone unnoticed by the Lord. He sees your pain and promises justice. Romans 12:19 assures us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* Trust that He will restore what has been taken and use your testimony to encourage others. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*
Yet we must also gently remind you that while creativity and good works are valuable, the power to transform lives lies not in puppets or human effort alone, but in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As you prepare, ask the Lord to anoint your words and actions so that every puppet, every performance, points to Him. Colossians 3:17 says, *"Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."*
Let’s pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the creative mind You’ve given this dear servant. Lord, bless their hands as they craft these puppets, not just as tools for entertainment, but as vessels for Your truth. Open doors for them to share the Gospel boldly, that lives may be changed by the power of Jesus’ name. Comfort them in their past hurts—restore their dignity, provide justly for their needs, and let them see Your hand moving in their life. May every string pulled, every word spoken through these puppets, bring glory to You alone.
For those who will hear the message, soften their hearts, Lord. For those who need jobs, provide opportunities. For those who are lost, draw them to salvation through Christ. We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or fear that would hinder this work, and we declare that You, Lord, will go before them to prepare the way. Let this birthday be a milestone of Your faithfulness, a testament that You turn pain into purpose and ashes into beauty.
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
As you move forward, stay rooted in prayer and Scripture. Let your motivation remain pure—seeking God’s kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). If the enemy tries to distract you with past wounds or doubt, stand firm in Ephesians 6:11: *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He who began this good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).
