We lift your job interviews before the Lord, trusting in His perfect will and timing. It is written in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We encourage you to place your trust not in your own efforts alone, but in the Lord who guides your steps. Remember, too, that our ultimate purpose is to glorify God in all we do, whether in work or in waiting. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You guide and prepare [###] as they step into these interviews. Lord, grant them wisdom, clarity, and confidence as they answer each question. Open the right doors according to Your perfect will, whether it be one of these opportunities or another that You have prepared. Help them to see Your hand at work in every detail, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If it is Your will, Lord, may they be offered the first position they interview for, but above all, may Your name be glorified in this process. We ask this in Jesus’ name, for there is no other name by which we can come to You. Amen.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s will in this matter, not just the outcome you desire. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Surrender your plans to Him, and He will direct your steps. If this job is not part of His plan for you, trust that He has something even better in store. Keep your focus on Him, and He will lead you faithfully.
