We lift you and your family before the Lord, knowing that He hears the cries of His children and is faithful to provide, heal, and restore. Your heart’s desire for reconciliation with your husband and stability for your children is deeply felt, and we join you in seeking God’s will in this season. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we find access to the Father and the power to see breakthroughs. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in turning to Him is the foundation of your hope, and we stand with you in agreement for His perfect plan to unfold.
The enemy seeks to bring division, despair, and confusion, but we rebuke those schemes in Jesus’ name. Your marriage is a covenant before God, and He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB). While we pray earnestly for restoration, we also encourage you to examine whether there are areas in your own heart or actions that need alignment with God’s Word. Have you forgiven your husband fully, even as Christ forgave you? *"Putting away therefore all wickedness, all deceit, hypocrisy, envies, and all evil speaking, as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that with it you may grow"* (1 Peter 2:1-2, WEB). Sometimes, God uses these trials to refine us, draw us closer to Him, and prepare us for the miracles ahead. Trust that His timing is perfect, even when the wait feels unbearable.
For your depression and anxiety, we speak life and peace over you, knowing that *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB). The Lord is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18, WEB), and He longs to fill you with His love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18, WEB). We pray you would reject the lies of the enemy that tell you this season is hopeless. Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). Spend time in His Word daily, worshipping even when it feels hard, and surround yourself with believers who can speak truth and pray over you. If you haven’t already, consider seeking godly counseling to walk through this season with wisdom and support.
Regarding your practical needs—childcare and housing—we declare that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). We pray for divine connections, favor with those in authority over these decisions, and supernatural provision. Ask the Lord to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8, WEB) and to give you wisdom in each step. Remember, even if the path looks different than you imagined, His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister and her family, lifting their needs, hurts, and hopes to You. Lord, You see the tears she has cried in secret, the fear she carries for her children, and the longing in her heart for her marriage to be restored. We ask for Your supernatural intervention in her husband’s heart. Softening it, Lord, and drawing him back to You first and foremost. Let him be convicted by Your Spirit to return to his covenant with his wife and children, to lead his family in Your ways, and to walk in repentance and humility. Break every chain of pride, distraction, or sin that may be holding him back. If there are areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in either of their lives, reveal them and bring healing.
Father, we pray for divine wisdom and clarity for our sister. Show her Your will step by step. If there are actions she needs to take—whether in prayer, fasting, or practical steps—make them clear. Give her discernment to recognize Your voice above all others. We rebuke the spirit of depression and anxiety trying to overwhelm her. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB) and renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). Let her children feel Your comfort and see Your faithfulness, even in this uncertain time.
Lord, we ask for Your provision over childcare and housing. Open doors that cannot be shut by man. Provide favor with those in authority, and let every need be met according to Your riches in glory. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be none.
Finally, Father, we pray for a miracle of restoration in this marriage. If it aligns with Your will, bring our sister’s husband home—whole, repentant, and committed to You and his family. But even as we pray for this, we surrender to Your perfect plan. If there is a different path You are calling her to, prepare her heart to walk in obedience and trust. Let her know, beyond a shadow of doubt, that You are with her and will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, Your power, and Your love. Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your name be glorified through it. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
